Support the Executive Director in managing the registration of students into after school classes in coordination with schools administrations when necessary,
Assign teachers to classes and keep track of their work hours
Ensure timely and accurate transportation of staff and equipment to and from schools
Source, screen, and short-list staff for hiring.
Implement programs in our on-site facility and in community special events in coordination with external partners
Manage the workforce including initial on-boarding and ongoing training and identify development needs, measure their performance, and daily meeting with staff to guide and inform.
Define the requirements necessary for successfully executing the service delivery and support in their fulfillment,
Support the Executive Director in creating the customer-centric culture
Create data (enrollments, demographics, customer attendance, etc.) collection methods to maintain and report to management on regular basis.
Manage a team of Administration Officers and provide guidance in ensuring company values, business processes, and code of conducts are strictly implemented and measured
Ensure high facility standards in terms of cleanliness and safety in coordination with Support Services.
Implement accounting and purchasing processes as per the approved procedures and in coordination with Finance and Purchasing Sections.
