About the Job:
With this expansion, we are currently looking to recruit experienced Senior Automotive Technician to work within our Abu Dhabi Operation.
The main responsibilities of the role will include (but not be limited to):
DIAGNOSIS
* Recognise fault (or additional fault) and advise Foreman for necessary action.
TEACHING / COACHING
* Assist / guide fellow technicians in case of complex problems.
* Willingness to undergo further training.
SAFETY
* Implement safety precautions to ensure vehicles, equipment, power tools, work dress meet safety codes
PRODUCTIVITY
* Give ideas for improvement regarding tools, equipment and workshop processes / systems
QUALITY
* Report accurate / completeness of information given on service order to ensure repair quality; thereby Customer Satisfaction.
TIMELY DELIVERY
* Ensure delivery on time through efficient work procedure.
* Ensure parts are available prior to vehicle disassembly.
* Thereby ensuring an important means of Customer Satisfaction.
WORK PROCEDURE
* Ensure work is carried out according to Principle’s specifications / recommendations
COMMUNICATION
* Clear and friendly communication with co-workers (i.e. Foreman, Master Technicians, Workshop Manager, Parts staff. etc.

• Troubleshoot and provide solution in a timely manner for complex multi-vendor system issues in hardware, operating system and related infrastructure.

Required:
• Provide support and quick resolution for problems escalated by clients.
• To provide expert skills in areas of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Virtualization and Infrastructure
• Hands-on experience on HP Server Hardware, Blade Systems, Storages, Tape Drives, Autoloaders and Tape Libraries.
• In-depth knowledge on Exchange Server 2024 and 2024 in a highly available environment including developing and implementing backup/recovery,
• In-dept knowledge on Windows 2024 /2008 Active Directory.
• Hands-on experience on Symantec Backupexec 2024 /2012.
• Experience in Networking and Firewalls Applications.
• A degree or diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
• Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in servers and storage, virtualization, infrastructure applications, implementation and support.
• An Expert with good understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Group Policy, WINS, DNS, DHCP, and IIS.
• Excellent Working knowledge of Microsoft Exchange 2024 and Operating Systems: Windows 2024, Windows 2024 /R2 and Windows 2024.
• Good understanding of Enterprise Networks, including routing and switching.
• Highly motivated and strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to work occasional weekends and after office hours.
• MCITP certification is a MUST.
• CCNA highly desirable.
• UAE Driving License will be an added advantage
• Candidate should be good in Pre-Sales activity as well.
Excellent English written and verbal communication skills with specific focus on technical and operational documentation
